Job Description

The HR Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Operations team by managing day-to-day HR tasks, providing data analytics support, and assisting HR Business Partners with leave of absence (LOA) administration and other administrative duties. This role is designed to enhance the efficiency of the HR team and allow HR Business Partners to focus on strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities include Leave of Absence Administration, Data Analytics, Administrative Support, HR Policy Implementation, and Project Support. Required Skills and Qualifications include Understanding of HR policies/procedures/employment laws, Analytical Skills, Organizational Skills, Communication Skills, Problem-Solving, and Previous experience in an HR generalist or HR support role. Desired attributes include Adaptability, Team Player, and Attention to Detail.
