Job Description

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives to exceed sales targets and KPIs. Own the regional sales strategy, forecasting, and execution to drive platform adoption across APAC markets. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align go-to-market initiatives and customer acquisition strategies. Utilize data and CRM tools to track performance, pipeline health, and conversion metrics, providing regular reporting to executive leadership. Establish strong client relationships with key decision-makers in aviation, aerospace, and defense companies. Recruit and onboard new sales talent as the team scales. Represent PartsBase at regional industry events and trade shows.
