Key Responsibilities:
- Review contractor and subcontractor Certified Payroll Records (CPRs) for accuracy and compliance.
- Verify proper classification of workers, wage rates, overtime calculations, and fringe benefit reporting.
- Identify and flag labor compliance violations.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS + 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency.
- Strong knowledge of California prevailing wage laws and DIR reporting requirements.
- Experience reviewing Certified Payroll Records (CPRs) and Statement of Compliance forms.
