Key Responsibilities:

  • Review contractor and subcontractor Certified Payroll Records (CPRs) for accuracy and compliance.
  • Verify proper classification of workers, wage rates, overtime calculations, and fringe benefit reporting.
  • Identify and flag labor compliance violations.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS + 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency.
  • Strong knowledge of California prevailing wage laws and DIR reporting requirements.
  • Experience reviewing Certified Payroll Records (CPRs) and Statement of Compliance forms.
