WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Manage a team of licensing and credentialing specialists and own the end-to-end process for provider enrollment.
- In partnership with the Director, own the enrollment strategy to ensure adequate coverage across specialties and states.
- Leverage data to identify gaps and implement process improvements with internal and external partners.
WHO YOU ARE:
- 3+ years experience enrolling providers with payers, plus healthcare operations and people management background.
- Exceptional project manager with meticulous attention to detail and comfort with ambiguity.
- Passionate about women’s health and able to work cross-functionally with clinicians and vendors.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- Base salary range $95,000-$115,000 with equity participation.
- Comprehensive health, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and 16 weeks paid parental leave.
- Fully remote work flexibility with offices in NYC and SF.
