About the Role:
- Manage payer enrollments and re-enrollments across clinician types for existing and new markets.
- Report to the Payer Enrollments Manager and own the end-to-end enrollment process.
What You'll Do:
- Own the end-to-end process for enrolling new providers with health plan partners.
- Work closely with new clinical hires and third-party vendor to manage license applications and renewals.
- Partner with the Licensing, Credentialing, and Enrollment team to enroll providers with payers.
Who You Are:
- 3+ years healthcare operations experience, ideally in healthcare delivery or a high-growth startup.
- Experience with payer credentialing for APPs, therapists, dietitians, physicians, and doulas with Medicaid managed care.
- Exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, and comfort with ambiguity.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary range $55,000-$65,000 plus equity grant participation.
