About the Role:
- We're seeking a Head of Provider Network Strategy to build, scale, and lead the engine that powers our clinician supply.
- This role spans provider growth, operations, and technology, owning the end-to-end provider lifecycle.
What You'll Do:
- Define vision, strategy, and metrics for provider acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention.
- Design compensation models and utilization targets that balance rapid scaling with strong margins.
- Build systems and processes to reduce time-to-first-patient and maintain high quality standards.
Who You Are:
- 8+ years of operational leadership in marketplace, provider network, or digital health operations.
- Proven track record scaling 1099 clinician networks with regulatory and compliance understanding.
- A 0→1 builder, data-driven operator, and experienced people leader.
