What You'll Do:
- Own the grading playbook, SOPs, onboarding materials, and provider network policy library.
- Design and run the grader quality program, including sampling, over-read, and performance feedback.
- Build and maintain a capacity model by state and customer, and run grader recruitment.
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years in healthcare operations, with 2+ years managing contracted or affiliated clinicians.
- Experience writing clinical or operational policy signed by a physician leader.
- Startup experience and comfort building dashboards and capacity models.
What Success Looks Like in Year One:
- Playbook and policies are current, versioned, and signed.
- Quality program is running with monthly error rate and turnaround reporting.
- Capacity model triggers recruitment and at least two manual processes are moved into the platform.
