Responsibilities:
- Manage business operations for multiple scientific teams, including direct reports and group leaders.
- Collaborate with clients on resourcing and technical needs, ensuring high-quality service.
- Conduct regular meetings, disseminate policies, and handle financial responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Biotechnical Sciences, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience leading direct reports.
- Scientific background with hands-on laboratory experience in pharmaceutical, clinical, or GMP settings.
Additional Information:
- Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm with overtime as needed.
- Remote position with local travel around Seattle.
- Target compensation: $100-115k with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and paid vacation and holidays.
