Role Responsibilities:
- Manage a book of global, complex customers investing in Conga for revenue operations, requiring detailed adoption analysis and joint planning.
- Facilitate value realization through stakeholder alignment and roadmap reviews to iterate and improve the Conga solution in the customer's environment.
- Act as a coach and consultant, continuously asking questions to deeply understand customer needs and drive successful, growing renewals.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience, with 2-4 years in a customer-facing role, preferably with European customers.
- Demonstrated consultative mindset to build trust and tailor solutions for diverse stakeholders, alongside strong project management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft tools, adaptability in fast-paced environments, and a data-driven focus on customer retention and cross-functional collaboration.
