The Business Development Analyst will: Manage daily tasks and contribute to special projects as needed, build and analyze pricing models and financial scenarios, conduct renewal analysis, negotiate with insurers, and develop client-ready reports and presentations. They will also Interpret experience data, forecast budgets, and evaluate financial health of benefit plans, lead marketing efforts, assess the financial impact of proposed plan design changes and create high-quality documentation to support consultants in client meetings and presentations.
