Job Description
Conduct telephone sales for various products offered by Teleflora to our member florists. Establish trust with the Teleflora florists while making outbound calls and become familiar with the entire product line that Teleflora sells. The role requires to meet/exceed the daily, weekly and monthly quotas, reinforce the Teleflora commitment to customer service, and prepare reports as necessary.
Additional duties include utilizing appropriate order entry, call tracking and contact management software and participate in sales, product and process training as required. Must work extended hours as business needs dictate and demonstrate strong organizational skills. Position requires working at the Paragould, AR office worksite Monday through Thursday, with optional remote work on Fridays after training.
