Demand Generation:
- Set and track demand-gen KPIs for the territory including qualified pipeline and spec win rate.
- Partner with Marketing to design and execute localized demand-gen programs such as trade shows and training events.
- Use market intelligence to prioritize demand-gen opportunities and maintain an accurate demand forecast.
Rep Agency Management:
- Manage independent rep agencies, set targets, and drive accountability for sales performance.
- Partner with rep principals on staffing and key account management at the territory level.
- Recruit and onboard qualified contractors into the Intellipro commissioning network.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Coordinate with Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing to ensure effective execution of central initiatives.
- Provide territory-level input on competitive dynamics and roadmap priorities.
- Work with Customer/Technical Support to maintain installation and commissioning quality.
