Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles in DevSecOps, secure platform infrastructure, cybersecurity, and engineering positions requiring security clearance. Partner with engineering and product leadership to shape role definitions, sourcing strategies, and structured interview processes. Maintain data integrity, track metrics, and report progress through our ATS. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience that reflects 2F’s mission, culture, and standards.
