Customer Service Sales (Remote)

We’re seeking energetic, positive-minded technicians who embrace challenges with enthusiasm and prioritize guest satisfaction above all else. As a Customer Service Sales representative, you will engage with customers, documenting and providing advice on customer needs using Stress Free Auto Care's established workflow. You will coordinate and dispatch work orders to stores as needed. You will also advise on services, parts, and maintenance packages that align with customer needs and preferences. You will also educate customers on potential cost-saving opportunities, warranty protections, and maintenance plans to enhance their vehicle's performance and longevity. Stress Free Auto Care is looking for someone with proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the automotive industry, with strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently and persuasively with customers.
