Manager, Talent Acquisition

Strategic Leadership & Team Management:

• Act as a core partner to the leadership team, translating business priorities into actionable hiring plans to scale GTM and Engineering organizations.
• Build, mentor, and coach a team of recruiters, focusing on professional development and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Operational Excellence & Stakeholder Partnership:

• Own end-to-end recruiting performance, including requisition prioritization, funnel health, and time-to-fill metrics for consistent, high-quality execution.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role scope, align on hiring criteria, and coach stakeholders to make strong, timely hiring decisions.

Process Innovation & Global Impact:

• Identify areas for improvement in the recruitment lifecycle and implement data-driven solutions to streamline hiring and enhance the employer brand.
• Leverage compensation tools and market insights to inform strategy and oversee recruitment for international contractors in LATAM and the Philippines.
