Job Description

The Project Manager, Revenue Growth will develop and implement project strategies to drive successful software development initiatives and SaaS platform migrations. The person will collaborate cross-functionally with departments to coordinate and implement various projects, ensuring minimal disruption based on project-specific needs. The responsibilities include conducting regular analysis of project progress, risk assessments, and impact evaluations, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives. This role involves holding stakeholders accountable by setting clear expectations, maintaining progress tracking, and ensuring cross-functional teams deliver on their commitments. Partnering with teams is essential to ensure successful project management outcomes and working with project owners to refine and articulate success KPIs for projects. The expectation is that the role improves engagement and collaboration between internal teams and customers, fostering alignment in migration and software deployment strategies. Support internal teams with process improvements and identify opportunities for automation.
