Role Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective enablement programs, including e-learning or live training sessions for new hires and existing team members.
- Implement and manage enablement tools and technologies, such as support systems and training platforms.
- Coordinate onboarding, monitor progress, and provide coaching to help team members leverage resources for improved performance.
Qualifications and Impact:
- Requires 3+ years of experience in enablement, training, or a related field, with a proven track record of designing programs that drive performance.
- Experience working in or closely with client-facing roles like Sales, Support, Customer Success, or Product is essential.
