Job Description
As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be part of the Key Accounts Team and develop customer relationships through legendary customer experience. Growing the existing portfolio of accounts aligned with the Global Sales Strategy, experience with selling learning and development or HR related solutions is ideal. Responsibilities include managing accounts, developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and working collaboratively across teams globally. Consistently provide a legendary customer experience, achieve revenue targets, and maintain client information. Manage workshop logistics, ensure process adherence, and build rapport with clients. Work as part of a team, prioritize account investments, and bring value and insight to their learning strategy. Position the value of learning journeys, prioritize demands, and demonstrate business judgment with organizational and problem-solving skills. Mobilize internal resources for successful engagement.
