Lead enterprise operations across multiple sectors, business units, and geographic regions, ensuring organizational alignment, execution excellence, and sustainable, profitable growth.
Partner closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes while advancing revenue growth, EBITDA performance, operational efficiency, and enterprise value creation.
Drive operational consistency and accountability across the organization, establishing scalable frameworks, governance structures, and performance standards that support continued expansion.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.
Minimum of 20 years of progressive leadership experience within engineering, architecture, consulting, CM/PM, EPCM, or related professional services organizations required.
Proven success leading large, multi-office organizations exceeding $500M+ in revenue through significant growth and transformation.
