Responsibilities:
- Provide executive oversight for a portfolio of high-impact client consulting, onboarding, transition, and transformation projects.
- Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, delivery methodologies, and reporting standards.
- Lead the development and review of project plans, transition roadmaps, RAID logs, and executive Steering Committee reporting.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of progressive experience in program management, project management, consulting, or professional services.
- Significant experience leading complex global transformation, implementation, or operational delivery programs.
- Deep understanding of Payroll, Accounting, HR, and Legal Entity Management services in international environments.
