Job Description
As an Okta & PAM Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting project delivery work, providing training to first line support, acting as an escalation point, speedy identity issue resolution, proactive improvements and having a strong customer first mindset. You will be part of a globally distributed support team that provides identity stack support for projects, employees and other technical teams.
Key responsibilities include Okta management, updates to SAML integrations and automation rules, incident/problem/change assessment and resolution, and setup/management of IDAM and PAM technologies. The role involves identifying root causes of issues, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring a customer-focused approach. The position may eventually involve travel up to 25% of the time, mostly within Europe.
