Job Summary:

  • Oversee and enhance appointment scheduling process for ABA services across New Mexico and Colorado clinics.
  • Serve as primary liaison for clients, clinicians, and administrative staff to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Provide evening coverage and float across regions as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate client appointments, maximize clinician availability, and monitor attendance.
  • Collaborate with HR, Intake, Recruiting, and Clinical teams to ensure adequate staffing.
  • Audit schedules and reconcile discrepancies between scheduling spreadsheets and EHR system.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of ABA scheduling, RBT, healthcare scheduling, or dispatch experience required.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and data management tools is a plus.
