Position Summary:
- Conducts audits of chapter compliance with Make-A-Wish policies and procedures.
- Provides feedback and follow-up with chapters regarding audit findings and other compliance matters.
- Supports enterprise risk management efforts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of work experience with nonprofit compliance or audit experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, research, and critical thinking capabilities.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hiring range of $63,200 - $70,000 USD with comprehensive benefits effective day 1.
- Includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
- Remote position with travel approximately 20%.
