About the Role:
- This is a foundational leadership role reporting directly to the CEO.
- You will own Internal IT, Security, Governance/Risk/Compliance, and Incident Response.
- You are a player-coach, comfortable with strategy and hands-on execution.
What You'll Own:
- Internal IT: device fleet, helpdesk, identity & access management (Okta), vendor relationships.
- Security: policies, tooling (EDR, SIEM, email security), application security team.
- Governance, Risk & Compliance: SOC 2 program, risk register, compliance for customer conversations.
What We're Looking For:
- 12+ years in IT and security with at least 5 in senior leadership.
- Deep familiarity with SOC 2 and experience in B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong communicator able to translate technical concepts to business language.
