Senior ICM Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our global team, specializing in Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing, designing, and implementing ICM solutions, with a deep understanding of sales compensation plans and a proven track record of working with ICM platforms, such as CaptivateIQ. This role will be critical in ensuring our compensation processes are efficient, accurate, and scalable, supporting the growth of our sales organization. Collaborate with sales operations, finance, and IT to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for sales compensation plans and processes. Translate complex business needs into technical specifications and system configurations within our ICM platform, CaptivateIQ. Configure and maintain compensation plans, rules, and workflows within the ICM system, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Act as the primary subject matter expert for the ICM platform, providing training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
