Job Description

As a Technical Account Manager, you will serve as the technical lead and trusted advisor for a portfolio of Postman’s most strategic enterprise accounts, guiding customers through every stage of the API lifecycle. You will translate business drivers and pain points into actionable technical strategies using Postman’s products and capabilities. Identify recurring usage patterns, friction points, and unmet needs across your customer portfolio to influence Postman’s strategic approach to large enterprises. Adopt a hunter mindset to uncover new use cases and collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers for revenue growth. You will build long-term, trust-based relationships with senior technical and business stakeholders, navigating complex organizations to drive alignment. The hybrid work model requires employees to be in the office three days a week to enhance collaboration and communication.
