Role Responsibilities:
- Monitor client inventory and gather requirements to solve operational issues, utilizing tools like the Client Action Log and Jira.
- Track and follow up on tickets to ensure timely resolution and support internal teams with process adjustments for rule changes and escalations.
Client and Internal Support:
- Support client invoicing and reconciliation processes and generate required client reporting.
- Communicate issues between IT and Operations teams and attend external client meetings to relay information internally.
System and Quality Assurance:
- Set up new users in Machinify's systems and maintain system access for inventory management.
- Perform Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts as necessary and handle other assigned duties.
