As a Customer Service Agent, you will interact with current policyholders via phone, email, and chat, and contact customers banks/mortgages to obtain additional details. You’ll be creating/updating policies for customers to review and submitting payments/issuing refunds. Responsibilities include educating customers on policies and coverages.
Candidates should have an active Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines insurance license, experience in a call center/high incoming call volume environment, and superior customer service skills with empathy towards others. Must have ability to work in a fast paced environment with limited structure and be proficient in Google suite or similar tools.
