Job Description
Partner with the sales team to uncover business problems within the contact center and demonstrate how Intradiem’s automation solution can solve them. Understand customer vision, business plans, and align Intradiem’s use cases to meet needs. Develop relationships with decision makers and demonstrate solution value and expertise. Conduct discovery sessions, evaluate requirements, and align Intradiem's solution. Be the subject matter expert on contact center operations and apply it to solve customer challenges. Participate in customer discovery and communicate customer value. Conduct solution demonstrations and coordinate with Sales, Product Management, and Service Delivery.
