Professional Development:
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of finance-focused IFS support specialists.
- Contribute to the development of organization functional strategy.
- Stay informed on technology and business trends to enhance digital experience.
Technical Responsibilities:
- Lead or coordinate implementation projects to transition sites financials from legacy ERP systems to IFS.
- Conduct testing, validation, and end-user training for new locations using IFS Finance modules.
- Ensure clear communication and successful issue resolution across teams.
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree and 10-12 years' experience or equivalent combination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proven experience in ERP systems with a focus on finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Projects) and defense industry experience preferred.
