Job Description

This role involves handling incoming and outgoing calls, creating, managing, and resolving support requests via Zendesk, providing clients with regular progress updates. You'll resolve customer issues through troubleshooting, identify patterns and trends, manage escalations, and contribute to merchant servicing documentation. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, a genuine interest in payments and technology, and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Adaptability, multitasking, and good time management skills are essential in this fast-paced environment. The role requires at least 2 years of experience as a help desk technician or in a technical customer service support role, with proven experience in troubleshooting banking, payments, or Point of Sale (POS) system issues.
