Training Delivery:
- Conduct da Vinci Surgical System technology training for surgeons, first assistants, and OR staff.
- Lead and support specialized training programs and society events.
- Act as a Medical Device Consultant in Austria and Germany after appropriate training.
Program Development:
- Gather survey data to measure program effectiveness.
- Act as subject matter expert for internal projects, including training material and protocol development.
- Work with the training team to improve existing programs.
Operational Support:
- Manage training center logistics, inventory, and calendars.
- Maintain capital equipment, including cleaning and sterilization of instruments.
- Support da Vinci System troubleshooting and maintenance at the training center.
