Field Phlebotomy Supervisor

About the role:

• The Field Phlebotomy Supervisor assists the Operations Manager with day-to-day operations and ensures patients have the best possible experience.
• You will oversee quality of patient operations, supervise mobile phlebotomists, and help train hourly team members.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and assess team performance, conduct appointment reviews for compliance, quality, and safety, and report findings.
• Interview, hire, onboard, and complete competency assessments for new mobile phlebotomists.
• Review schedules, timecards, and expenses; manage budgets and handle customer service escalations.

What we're looking for:

• At least 2 years of management experience required; phlebotomy certification from AMT, ASCP, or NCCT required.
• Proven track record in exceptional customer service, strong communication skills, and ability to handle ambiguity.
• Reliable transportation, clean driving record, and comfort with Google applications and new technology.
