Role Overview:
- Supervise representatives and manage performance in line with departmental policy.
- Provide coaching through call scoring, side-by-side sessions, and direct feedback.
Collaboration & Operations:
- Partner with Pharmacy, Customer Service, and Account Management to deliver quality service.
- Coordinate schedules, monitor workloads, and ensure timely processing of prior authorizations.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree desired.
- Four plus years of experience in pharmacy or medical billing with emphasis in prior authorizations.
Work Environment:
- Remote role within the Continental USA.
- Schedule is Monday-Friday, 11am-7:30pm Central Time.
