About the Role:
- Manage and grow a national phlebotomy network supporting prenatal testing.
- Coordinate scheduling, onboarding, vendors, and supply inventory.
What You'll Do:
- Recruit and manage IOP and PSC phlebotomists nationwide, launching new sites.
- Be the key operations contact for sales, ensuring patient-first support.
Who You Are:
- Organized, proactive, and experienced in phlebotomy ops or healthcare staffing.
- Comfortable owning logistics at scale and working cross-functionally.
