About the Role:
- You'll connect clinical field staff with the systems that keep them paid, trained, and compliant.
- You'll handle workforce tracking, payroll compliance follow-up, and reporting.
Workforce & Reporting:
- Maintain attendance, call-off, training, and workforce planning trackers.
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports and deliver exception reports to managers.
Compliance & Quality:
- Participate in internal audits and identify documentation gaps.
- Flag workflow inefficiencies and propose process fixes to your manager.
