What you'll do:
- Coordinate recruiting and onboarding schedules, candidate records, and training documentation.
- Track performance metrics and support PIP and coaching paperwork for Regional Managers.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years in administrative or operations support, with strong attention to detail.
- Comfort with Salesforce, ATS, or LMS and excellent written communication.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $65,000-$75,000 salary plus 10% bonus, health/dental/vision, open PTO, and 401(k).
- Training reimbursements and remote work.
