Clinical Operations Specialist

About the Role:

• This is a fully remote, non-clinical operational support role focused on scheduling and patient touchpoints.
• You will manage provider calendars, PTO tracking, and call-out coverage.
• You act as a link between patients, providers, and leadership to ensure timely care.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day provider scheduling and rescheduling, including unexpected call-outs.
• Handle non-clinical patient complaints and route issues to leadership.
• Prepare operational reports and coordinate meetings to support directors.

Qualifications:

• 2-4+ years in healthcare operations, medical scheduling, or clinic coordination.
• Experience with EMR (Athena preferred), Slack/Teams, and data management.
• Excellent communication skills and flexible schedule availability.
