Manager, Telemedicine Operations

What You’ll Own:

• Directly manage a team of registered nurses and clinical staff, including hiring, coaching, and performance.
• Own scheduling, coverage, and workflow management for the telemedicine clinic.
• Serve as operational owner of the EMR and clinical content.

About You:

• Active RN license and bachelor’s degree; 2+ years managing healthcare professionals.
• Hands-on experience in healthcare operations, EMR/EHR configuration, and telemedicine.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
