Job Description
This role will be joining the GTM Strategy & Operations team, a global team of 6. This role will be a core thought-leader and execution role specifically for the Partner organisation; supporting the VP, Partner and wider Partner org with strategic planning, reporting/dashboarding, tool ecosystem and process efficiencies. Manage data hygiene and reporting within Salesforce and Partner Portal; inclusive but not limited to partner accounts, opportunities, lead registrations, channel attribution. The role will be the Strategic partner to VP, Partners; Work with them to define business processes and create the supporting systematic collateral. Ensure & maintain Partner systems integration across other key systems to enable 360-degree flow of data to drive our GTM engine. Systems today include Portal, Academy, SFDC, Certification platform and Camunda Marketplace. Ensure we have Partner Management processes defined & documented, scope to include systems, and operations elements. Liaise with internal Enablement to provide partner enablement to internal field stakeholders, AE, ADR, CSM and integrate Partner topics into Field Enablement plans.
