Job Description

The Candidate Care Agent delivers customer service more like Cielo and less like everyone else, enhancing candidate interactions with a team dedicated to immediate availability, single call resolution, and unprecedented responsiveness. The role involves providing customer support to candidates via phone, live chat, voicemail, and email. Responsibilities include completing phone interviews, documenting candidate responses, updating candidate statuses in recruitment systems and adapting communication style to different demographics. Leveraging resources to provide thorough and accurate information to candidates, escalating issues when needed, and following through on inquiries to close the loop are also crucial. The agent will develop in-depth knowledge of applicant tracking systems, utilize critical thinking to troubleshoot issues, and suggest best practices. Other duties as assigned.
