Job Description
Lead the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of the company's job architecture framework to support consistent role classification. Conduct detailed job evaluations and analysis to ensure the job architecture is aligned with compensation and benefits programs and internal equity. Design, implement, and manage salary structures and pay ranges based on market data, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with industry standards across all locations. Develop and oversee incentive programs, including the Annual Performance Bonus Scheme and Sales Commission Plans, ensuring alignment with internal frameworks and market practices. Design and manage the overall benefits strategy, including vendor management, market research, budgeting, administration, and employee communication to support engagement, retention, and overall employee experience. Lead the Pay Transparency Project, ensuring compliance with evolving labor legislation and internal pay equity standards. Act as a consultant to the HR team and business leaders on compensation decisions related to offers, internal promotions, and relocation process. Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement; use insights to guide strategic decisions. Ensure all compensation and benefits programs are compliant with local labor laws, tax regulations, and international standards. Lead and contribute to ad-hoc projects throughout the year, including research, data analysis, and the development of actionable recommendations.
