Associate Account Executive

Stellar Health is seeking an Associate Account Executive to expand our primary care provider network nationally. As the initial contact in the sales process, this role involves contracting with doctor's offices and driving healthcare transformation. You'll leverage relationship-building skills to educate and motivate doctors to join Stellar's network, earning incentives for better patient outcomes. Your responsibilities include high-volume outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn, developing outreach plans with sales leadership, prospecting across diverse doctor's offices, achieving monthly quotas, and managing contracts. You'll innovate outreach methods, nurture prospects, and use data to improve outreach impact, while also communicating Stellar's value proposition effectively. Collaboration with peers and maintaining sales intelligence in Salesforce are also key. This role requires experience exceeding activity goals, self-motivation, prioritization skills, resilience, strong communication, and critical thinking. Periodic travel to healthcare conferences may be required.
