Role Overview:

What You'll Do:
- Act as lead underwriter, own broker relationships, and manage reinsurer partnerships.
- Work with engineering, product, and data science to shape workflows and scale.
About You:
- 10+ years of underwriting with deep niche expertise and a track record of managing large portfolios.
