Portfolio Management
Position Overview:
- Own strategic carrier-partner relationships to ensure successful onboarding, engagement, and platform adoption.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Converge and carrier stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate onboarding and training for carrier-partner teams across underwriting, actuarial, distribution, and operations.
- Partner cross-functionally to address needs, prioritize issues, and support platform releases.
- Support data, reporting, and analytics for carrier performance and capacity planning.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years in insurance with experience in underwriting, distribution, broker relations, or program operations.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Australian insurance market knowledge preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range of $140,000-$170,000 with potential bonuses and equity.
