Role Summary:

• The Service Delivery Manager acts as a cross-departmental delivery lead, connecting teams and aligning priorities.
• The immediate priority is leading the end-to-end integration of the Unity platform with our carrier partner in Australia.
• Beyond this flagship initiative, the role supports internal projects spanning multiple functional units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full delivery lifecycle of the Unity–carrier integration, from discovery through handover to operations.
• Lead or coordinate internal projects that cut across departments, translating business objectives into delivery plans.
• Establish and maintain delivery governance, including steering committees and status reporting.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with internal department leads and external partners.
• Track project budgets and coordinate with vendors on commercial matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in service delivery management or technical delivery roles.
• Proven track record delivering platform integrations with external partners.
• Strong working knowledge of delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
• Full professional fluency in English required.
