Mgr, Expert Services Mgmt

Team Leadership & Management:

• Lead and mentor an international team of Deployment Engineers and Project Managers.
• Scale the organization to support growing delivery demands outside the Americas.
• Own and scale the partner ecosystem across international regions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Partner Success teams for seamless transitions.
• Act as the international stakeholder in sales-to-delivery handoff processes.
• Work with Product and Engineering to manage and prioritize feature requests.

Delivery Excellence & Value Realization:

• Ensure the timely delivery of all projects across international regions.
• Drive value realization by aligning technical configurations with customer outcomes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for escalations across international regions.

Reporting & Governance:

• Maintain high-level executive reporting on project status, risks, and KPIs.
• Standardize delivery workflows across international regions in line with global best practices.
