Job Description
In this contract role as a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, from intake through offer. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to discover high-quality candidates across a variety of platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter. Screen and assess candidates for both technical qualifications and alignment with Great Gray’s values. Collaborate with hiring managers to build efficient and effective interview processes. Track and manage candidate activity in our applicant tracking system. Provide a transparent experience for all candidates. Report on pipeline progress and hiring metrics, offering insights and recommendations. Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and changing hiring needs in a growing organization.
