Director of Engineering

Position Summary:

• Responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of CRM platforms.
• Ensures high-quality, secure, and scalable systems.
• Partners closely with Product, Architecture, and senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Define, track, and achieve OKRs and engineering metrics aligned with business goals.
• Monitor delivery, quality, and operational metrics; recommend and implement corrective actions.
• Manage engineering budgets, capacity planning, and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in software development.
• 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams and managers.

Experience:

• Strong experience delivering and operating CRM platforms.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure.
• Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD practices, and automated testing strategies.
