Job Description
You will work in the Grow & Engage domain, which encompasses the customer experience from acquisition and signup to premium membership tiers and daily user engagement. You will be working in teams that deliver innovative features to best serve customers. You will support, invest in, and develop an incredible team of motivated engineers with clear expectations via practices such as coaching, goal setting, and constant feedback. You'll also recruit, manage, and retain the best talent for empowered teams, create growth opportunities, and address skill gaps via technical or non-technical mentoring and performance management.
Create a high-performing work environment based on transparency, accountability, and trust. Collaborate with product managers and operations in project planning, dependency management, risk management, and continuous process improvement for an optimal flow of value for customers and the business. Connect with management and other teams to unblock dependencies and provide visibility to team progress on product initiatives.
